| I can not send any email by Outlook. It happen with all email provider like AOL, GMX, 1and1, VinaCIS ... although I have checked "Server require authentication" ... At first you should check if your server use standard port for SMTP. Normaly is Port 25 but on some server not.
If it happens with all provider (AOL, 1and1, GMX, VinaCIS ...) then it can be your DSL's fault. As far as I know AOL has changed SMTP Port to 587. You should do like following:
On Outlook email setting windows, click on More settings, choose Advanced and change Outgoing Server (SMTP) from 25 to 587.
If it can not solve your problem, do not hesitate to call your Internet Provider and ask them which port they are using.
