The bandwidth has been splitted to serve business and download server separately. All business server are free from package loss, high latency and unavailability.

Plesk and MySQL root password problem

Question: After installed Plesk, you can not login to MySQL Root account. What is the problem?

Answer:

Plesk renames 'root' account to 'admin' when Plesk is installed.

To get root privileges simply login with the 'admin' username instead. The password is the same as the admin password in Plesk. You can find it in /etc/psa/.psa.shadow.
