Problem:

I can not send any email by Outlook. It happen with all email provider like AOL, GMX, 1and1, VinaCIS ... although I have checked "Server require authentication" ... Receiving from POP3 works without any problem. What can I do ? (I am using AOL DSL with Fritzbox router) Error message: The connection to the server has failed.
